Home and Office Cleaning

We clean houses and we clean commercial space, and the work is mostly the same list done at different hours. Offices usually get done after close or on weekends so nobody is working around us.

A standard visit covers dusting from the top down — fixtures, ledges, blinds, and baseboards before the floors, because dusting after vacuuming just puts everything back on the floor. Then kitchens and bathrooms, then floors last.

Bathrooms are where Florida humidity shows up first. Mildew in grout lines and along the caulk seam at the base of the tub is not surface dirt, and wiping it only takes off the top layer. It needs to be worked into with a brush and given a few minutes of dwell time to actually kill the growth. If caulk has gone black all the way through, cleaning will not fix it — that caulk needs to be cut out and replaced, which we can do as a separate repair.

Kitchens get counters, the outside of appliances, the sink and faucet, and the backsplash. Inside the oven and inside the refrigerator are deep-clean items rather than part of a standard recurring visit — tell us in advance and we will build the time in.

Window tracks and sliding door channels collect grit and hold moisture, and they are usually skipped. We clean them on deep cleans and on request.

Recurring service is weekly, every other week, or monthly. The first visit on a new place almost always takes longer than the ones that follow, because it is bringing everything to a baseline rather than maintaining one. We would rather quote that honestly up front than surprise you with it.
